How to Win:
Giveaway starts April 7th at 10am PDT and will last for one week
For every $10 you spend at Black Anchor online store you will get one entry into the sweepstakes. Spend $10 - get 1 entry! Spend $100 - get 10 entries!
All orders placed between April 7th at 10am PDT and April 14th at 10am PDT will be entered to win.
Official Rules and Regulations
1. There will be only One (1) Winner selected by random drawing.
2. 1 entry = $10 spent at the Black Anchor online store at www.nikkohurtado.com
3. Orders must be placed between April 7th at 10am PDT and April 14th 10am PDT to become eligible
4. Shipping Costs and Tax on orders are not considered towards each $10 entry
5. Must be at least 18 years old to Win
6. Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and to execute a Publicity Release agreeing to the use of name and likeness for advertising purposes by Black Anchor
7. Winner will be announced and contacted via email associated with their order by end of day April 16th
8. Giveaway must be claimed and completed within one (1) year of winning
9. “Free Tattoo” is defined as one complete sitting, usually up to 8-hours. If your tattoo is not completed within that time frame you will be responsible for any future appointments needed in order to complete the piece.

11. “Domestic Flight” is defined as one economy class seat to a Los Angeles based airport originating from any of the 48 contiguous United States. International winners will need to supply their own flight to the United States.
12. Travel arrangements will be made with you to ensure you can meet the schedule. If your flight is cancelled or delayed to no fault of your own we will accommodate, however if you miss your flight - you will be responsible for any rebooking fees.
13. “2-Night Hotel Stay” is defined as basic accommodations and a 3-star or higher hotel within reasonable distance of Black Anchor Collective in Hesperia. Hotel will be determined by Black Anchor.
14. “Ground Transportation” is defined as transportation to and from the airport to the hotel and to and from the hotel to Black Anchor Collective.
15. No part of the giveaway can be redeemed or traded for cash or other items.
16. Nikko Hurtado and Black Anchor reserves the right to reject any person for any reason.
17. WAIVER OF LIABILITY - Entrant agrees that Nikko Hurtado and Black Anchor shall not be liable for any and all damages (as well as costs and expenses retaliated thereto, including all attorneys’ fees and costs) that entrant might incur related or connected in any way to a giveaway. This waiver of liability is an express condition for the entrant to be eligible to enter a sweepstakes. In no event shall Nikko Hurtado or Black Anchor be liable to entrant or to any third-party for any indirect, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages related in any way to this giveaway, where or not Nikko Hurtado or Black Anchor was advised of the possibility of such damage.
18. APPLICABLE LAW - The Giveaway, and all disputes arising between Entrant and Nikko Hurtado and Black Anchor shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to choice of law provisions. Entrant irrevocable consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in Los Angeles County (CA) with respect to any matter relating hereto, and hereby waives the defense of forum non-conventions to any such action.
