How to Win:
Giveaway starts Monday, June 22nd at 12pm PDT
For every "Skull" shirt by Carlos Rojas that you purchase you will get One (1) entry in the drawing
All orders placed between June 22nd at 12pm PDT and June 28th at 12pm PDT (or while supplies last) will be entered to win.
Official Rules and Regulations
1. There will be only One (1) Winner selected by random drawing.
2. 1 entry = 1 shirt purchased at the Black Anchor online store at www.nikkohurtado.com
3. Orders must be placed between June 22nd at 12pm PDT and June 28th 12pm PDT to become eligible
4. Must be at least 18 years old to Win
5. Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and to execute a Publicity Release agreeing to the use of name and likeness for advertising purposes by Black Anchor
6. Winner will be announced and contacted via email associated with their order by end of day July 3rd and will have one (1) week to respond and confirm or another winner will be chosen
7. Giveaway must be claimed and completed within one (1) year of winning
8. “Free Tattoo” is defined as a one-day sitting, up to 8-hours of tattoo time. If your tattoo is not completed within that time frame you will be responsible for any future appointments needed in order to complete the piece.
9. Portraits only. No coverups or reworks.
10. No part of the giveaway can be redeemed or traded for cash or other items.
11. Carlos Rojas, Nikko Hurtado and Black Anchor reserves the right to reject any person for any reason.
12. WAIVER OF LIABILITY - Entrant agrees that Carlos Rojas, Nikko Hurtado, and Black Anchor shall not be liable for any and all damages (as well as costs and expenses retaliated thereto, including all attorneys’ fees and costs) that entrant might incur related or connected in any way to a giveaway. This waiver of liability is an express condition for the entrant to be eligible to enter a sweepstakes. In no event shall Carlos Rojas, Nikko Hurtado, or Black Anchor be liable to entrant or to any third-party for any indirect, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages related in any way to this giveaway, where or not Carlos Rojas, Nikko Hurtado, or Black Anchor was advised of the possibility of such damage.
13. APPLICABLE LAW - The Giveaway, and all disputes arising between Entrant and Carlos Rojas, Nikko Hurtado, and Black Anchor shall be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to choice of law provisions. Entrant irrevocable consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts in Los Angeles County (CA) with respect to any matter relating hereto, and hereby waives the defense of forum non-conventions to any such action.
